In 2019 one of our directors became increasingly frustrated whilst trying to source heaters at a reasonable price. He spoke to a colleague who agreed the market was not well served. They decided there had to be a better way.
So Microcoil Heaters Uk Ltd was formed, pulling together 60 years experience in plastics manufacturing, with 3 clear aims.

All heaters conform to European Safety Standard EN60335-1 “CE Mark” and are supplied with a test certificate and Certificate of Conformity.
When necessary, we can reverse engineer obsolete hot runner components using the latest XRF technology to produce torpedoes and tips at very favourable prices compared to OEM.
